- 2 chai tea bags
- 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine milk and water.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until steaming.
- Add chai tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and stir in vanilla syrup and sugar.
- Add cinnamon and nutmeg, mixing well.
- Pour into mugs and enjoy hot.
