Ingredients

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering.
- Remove from heat and add chopped white chocolate.
- Stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour until firm.
- Use a scoop to form balls and roll in powdered sugar or crushed peppermint.
- Chill truffles for 30 minutes before serving.
