  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the flank steak in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
