  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, sugar, salt, butter, and eggs to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. In a bowl, mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and nuts.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the cinnamon mixture, and roll it up.
  7. Cut the roll lengthwise and twist the two halves together.
  8. Place in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Let cool before slicing.
