Ingredients

- 1 cup protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour batter into the skillet, spreading it to form a circle.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges lift.
- Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
