  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, and cinnamon.
  2. Add eggs and almond milk. Stir until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  4. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, tilting to spread evenly.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Serve warm with honey or syrup drizzled on top.
