Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out the dough and sprinkle the cinnamon mixture on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar with milk to create icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm cinnamon roll bites before serving.

- Adjust the sweetness of the icing to your preference.
- Store leftover bites in an airtight container.
