Delicious pancakes with a cinnamon swirl.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar (1 tablespoon cinnamon mixed with 1 tablespoon sugar)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour batter onto skillet, making a small swirl with cinnamon sugar on top.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- Serve warm with syrup.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Reheat in a toaster or microwave.
- Add nuts or fruit for variation.
