Instructions

  4. Add oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cupcakes cool before frosting.
