Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and brown sugar for the glaze.
  6. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
