Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate ganache
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla to the egg mixture.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
- Spread the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly, then roll it up in a towel.
- Unroll, spread ganache, and roll it back up.
- Frost the outside with remaining ganache and decorate.
Notes
- Use fresh ingredients for best results.
- Chill the ganache for easier spreading.
- Decorate with powdered sugar for a snowy effect.
