Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick.
  4. Add milk, oil, and vanilla to the egg mixture.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
  6. Spread the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool slightly, then roll it up in a towel.
  9. Unroll, spread ganache, and roll it back up.
  10. Frost the outside with remaining ganache and decorate.

  • Decorate with powdered sugar for a snowy effect.
