Coconut bliss balls are a healthy, no-bake snack made with coconut and natural sweeteners.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine dates, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pulse until a sticky mixture forms.
- Add shredded coconut and pulse until mixed.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Substitute maple syrup with agave syrup for a different sweetener.
- Add nuts for extra crunch if desired.
