- 12 large strawberries
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cookie butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Cut the tops off the strawberries and hollow out the insides.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cookie butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
