Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup sweet corn, cooked
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until creamy.
- Add the corn, tomato, onion, lime juice, and cilantro.
- Mix well until combined.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
