- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and spinach.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
