Ingredients

- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix in diced celery and sliced green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
