Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the diced apples.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before glazing.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and milk for the glaze, then drizzle it over the cooled bread.
