Description
A delicious pasta dish featuring tortellini tossed in a rich cowboy butter sauce, served with juicy steak.
Ingredients

- 8 oz tortellini
- 1 lb steak
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak.
- Cook the steak to your desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Slice the steak and serve it on top of the tortellini. Garnish with parsley and chives.
Notes
- Use any type of steak you prefer.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes.
- Adjust the garlic and herbs to your taste.
