Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (1 lb) tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the skillet.
  4. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Arrange tater tots on top of the cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
