A delicious recipe for crab and shrimp stuffed bell peppers.
Ingredients

- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, rice, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper.
- Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
- Serve with a side salad.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
