Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add cold butter and blend until crumbly.
- Stir in cheddar cheese.
- Add buttermilk and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, combine crab meat, green onions, mayonnaise, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Drop biscuit dough onto a baking sheet.
- Make an indentation in each biscuit and fill with crab mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
