Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  2. In a separate pan, sauté garlic in a little oil until fragrant.
  3. Add shredded chicken, cream cheese, and chicken broth to the pan.
  4. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi, peas, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix well and heat through.
  7. Serve warm, topped with shredded cheddar cheese.

  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
