Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 package (16 oz) gnocchi
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
- In a separate pan, sauté garlic in a little oil until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken, cream cheese, and chicken broth to the pan.
- Stir until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the cooked gnocchi, peas, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and heat through.
- Serve warm, topped with shredded cheddar cheese.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
