- 2 cups penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, combine the cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning over medium heat.
- Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken and cooked penne to the pot. Mix well.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add diced jalapeños.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
