- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine corn, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, and melted butter.
- Add Jiffy corn muffin mix and green onions to the mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
