Description
A delicious grilled sandwich combining cranberry, brie, and mozzarella.
Ingredients

			- 2 slices of bread
 - 2 ounces brie cheese
 - 2 ounces mozzarella cheese
 - 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
 - 1 tablespoon butter
 
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
 - On the unbuttered side, layer brie and mozzarella cheese.
 - Add cranberry sauce on top of the cheese.
 - Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
 - Heat a skillet over medium heat.
 - Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheeses melt.
 - Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing.

- Use your favorite type of bread.
 - Adjust cheese amount based on your preference.
 - Experiment with different types of cranberry sauce.
