Description

A delicious grilled sandwich combining cranberry, brie, and mozzarella.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 ounces brie cheese
  • 2 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. On the unbuttered side, layer brie and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Add cranberry sauce on top of the cheese.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheeses melt.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing.
