- 1 cup brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares, about 3 inches each.
- Place a piece of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and press to seal.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.

- Use store-bought cranberry sauce for convenience.
- These bites can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
