Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

  3. Add egg and mix to form dough. Knead for 5 minutes.
  4. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread cranberries, cinnamon, and brown sugar on top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
