A healthy and delicious cranberry oatmeal recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water or milk
- 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a pot, bring water or milk to a boil.
- Add oats, cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- If desired, stir in honey for extra sweetness.
- Serve warm, topped with additional cranberries or nuts if desired.
Notes
- Use almond milk for a dairy-free option.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
