Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In a saucepan, heat milk, orange juice, and butter until warm.
- Add the warm mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Stir in the egg and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Shape into rolls and place in a baking dish.
- Let rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
