Delicious cranberry orange sour cream scones with a hint of citrus.

			- 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup sugar
 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
 - 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
 - 1 tablespoon orange zest
 - 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 1 large egg
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
 - Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
 - Stir in cranberries and orange zest.
 - In another bowl, whisk sour cream, egg, and vanilla.
 - Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
 - Turn the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a circle.
 - Cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet.
 - Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
