Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
  3. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into a tart pan evenly.
  5. Bake the crust for 15 minutes.
  6. In another bowl, combine cranberries, granulated sugar, orange juice, and zest.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla.
  8. Add the egg mixture to the cranberry mixture and stir well.
  9. Pour the filling into the baked crust.
  10. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set.
  11. Allow to cool before serving.
