Creamed Corn Casserole is a comforting and delicious side dish.

- 2 cans of creamed corn
- 1 can of whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package of cornbread mix
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together creamed corn and whole kernel corn.
- Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, cornbread mix, melted butter, and beaten eggs to the bowl.
- Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
- Great for potlucks and gatherings.
