- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Mix in grated cheese and Parmesan until melted.
- Combine the pasta with the sauce and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
