Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef; cook until browned.
- Stir in pasta, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
