- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until cheeses are melted and sauce is creamy.
- Add cooked pasta shells to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
