  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the flour and whisk for 1 minute.
  5. Slowly add the heavy cream and milk, whisking constantly until thickened.
  6. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the sauce.
  7. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  8. Combine the cauliflower with the cheese sauce and mix well.
  9. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
