Ingredients

- 2 cups cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the dressing to the cucumbers and mix well.
- Sprinkle fresh dill on top before serving.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

- Can add cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
