Description
Creamy dill pickle soup, also known as zupa ogorkowa, is a comforting Polish dish with a tangy flavor.

 - 2 cups diced potatoes
 - 1 cup diced carrots
 - 1 cup diced celery
 - 1 cup chopped dill pickles
 - 1 cup sour cream

 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine chicken broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery.
 - Bring to a boil and cook until vegetables are tender.
 - Add diced pickles, onion, and garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes.
 - Stir in sour cream and fresh dill.
 - Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
