- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and lay it on top of the shell.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic.
- Cook the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the sauce.
- Pour the garlic butter sauce over the lobster tails.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the lobster is cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra sauce on top.
