Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
 - In a skillet, cook the sliced steak until browned.
 - Mix buffalo sauce and honey in a bowl.
 - Add the heavy cream to the skillet with steak and stir in the buffalo sauce mixture.
 - Combine cooked pasta and steak mixture in a baking dish.
 - Top with shredded cheese and green onions.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
