Instructions
- Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and cream over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Let it cool at room temperature until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
