- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and carrots, cooking until softened.
- Stir in diced potatoes, beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in milk and heavy cream, cooking until heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
