Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine oats, milk, and pumpkin puree.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Serve hot with optional toppings.

- For a dairy-free option, use almond or oat milk.
