- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until soft.
- Stir in canned tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and mix well.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Combine sauce with cooked pasta.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
