Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Add breadcrumbs as the final layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
