Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
