- 2 large eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini fry in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fries on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.

- For extra crispiness, spray fries lightly with cooking spray before baking.
