Crispy bang bang salmon bites are flavorful, crunchy, and easy to prepare. They make a great appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillets, diced
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each salmon piece in flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry salmon bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha for dipping.
- Serve salmon bites with the dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Use skinless salmon for a better texture.
- These bites can be baked for a healthier option.
