- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of filling onto each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides in and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown, turning occasionally.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
