Ingredients

- 500g beef strips
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 red chilies, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate beef strips with soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add beef and fry until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic, ginger, chilies, and bell pepper to the pan.
- Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add sugar, vinegar, and salt. Stir well.
- Return beef to the pan and mix until coated.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chili quantity to taste.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Can use beef tenderloin for a more tender texture.
