Ingredients

  • 500g beef strips
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 red chilies, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef strips with soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add beef and fry until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, chilies, and bell pepper to the pan.
  5. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add sugar, vinegar, and salt. Stir well.
  7. Return beef to the pan and mix until coated.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust chili quantity to taste.
  • Serve with rice or noodles.
  • Can use beef tenderloin for a more tender texture.
